Daily market indicator data including price and volume metrics with reproducibility artifacts.

Motivation

This dataset is published to support open, reproducible research workflows and to make it easy to teach analysis pipelines without access barriers.

Composition

The dataset is distributed as a CSV with the following fields.

  • date
  • ticker
  • close
  • volume

Collection process

Sources are listed below. For each release, Nova Aetus includes a provenance JSON file describing distribution details and referenced sources.

Public Market Data

Preprocessing / cleaning

  • Column names are normalized to snake_case.
  • Rows with missing primary identifiers may be removed.
  • Metadata and sources are captured in the provenance JSON file.
